Manage 1:1 Initiatives

Repair Management

VIZOR tracks all asset repair details including their associated cost. Repairs can be logged as part of the asset check-in process, via self-service or directly by IT admins. OEM warranty information is automatically populated for Dell and Lenovo devices. VIZOR will also identify lemon assets which have had multiple repairs above your defined threshold.

Google Admin Console Sync

VIZOR's bi-directional integration with the Google Admin Console simplifies Chromebook management. Your Chromebook inventory is always accurate with details regarding your enrolled Chromebooks. Annotated fields and OU assignment can be synced to device status and user allocation automatically and in real-time.

MIS Integration

Synchronise student, teacher, staff and parent information directly from your Management Information System (MIS). No more cross-referencing spreadsheets and systems to find relevant contact information. VIZOR uses student information, such as ID and lunch number, to simplify look-up for device allocation. VIZOR's automated teacher and parent email notifications keep everyone informed on repairs and returns.

Academy and role specific Logins

Users (Head Teachers, Teachers, Librarians) from a specific academy can be configured to only view and assign devices allocated to their academy.

Remotely Disable Chromebooks

VIZOR can remotely disable lost or stolen Chromebooks, preventing unauthorised access. Disabling a device can be triggered automatically as part of a process such as reporting a Chromebook as lost or stolen.
