VIZOR is an IT Asset Management and Service Desk tool that automates IT tasks, reduces workload and streamlines IT processes. The product is separated into 3 modules: ITAM, SAM and Service Desk. That way, you can mix and match the modules you need without paying a higher price for the modules you do not use.

2. Can VIZOR be deployed on my servers (on-premises)?

Yes! The tool is available for deployment on your premises and in the cloud.

3. Is VIZOR offered as a cloud server (SaaS)?

Yes! The tool is available in the cloud as well as on your premises.

4. Do I need technical skills to use VIZOR?

Absolutely not! The simple interface allows users to navigate the solution without requiring any technical skills. The implementation of the solution requires knowledge of your infrastructure, but our customer support will help you with each step of the way.

5. How long does it take to implement?

VIZOR can be configured to your specific needs and can integrate with your IT infrastructure. As a result, the implementation varies greatly. We do, however, provide a start-up package that manages the installation (if on-premises) and initial configuration of VIZOR.

5. What does VIZOR integrate with?

We are very proud of the integrations we have for our product. They include spreadsheets, Microsoft SCCM, Solarwind, Active Directory, LDAP Directory, Azure AD, G-Suite/Chromebooks, Microsoft Dynamics, Email systems, Sharepoint, Crystal Reports, Landsweeper, Alfresco, and most data sources.

6. Is it possible to configure the solution?

The ITIL certified solution can be configured to your needs. The web-based tool allows even non-developers to configure VIZOR.
